“She was absolutely the glue that held our whole day together. Some people say it takes a village- but really it takes a Katie Reinhart. I was impressed with her from our first phone call when she told me she had 2 young kids and was a middle school teacher while building her business. She built the perfect timeline and kept us on schedule. She worked meticulously behind the scenes from day 1 to make sure our day was exactly what we envisioned from ceremony and reception aesthetics to mixing speeches in with dinner to handling our tips and creating our rain plan. I honestly believe somehow she convinced the 70% chance of rain to back off too. She can make anything happen- including removing a seemingly permanent eye-sore from our ceremony backdrop. She helped me make decisions based on her experience, which I appreciated. She was calm and collected and never rushed which in turn kept me calm and collected. We would recommend her to anyone. I only wish I had upgraded my package and gotten her involved sooner.”
